Oh Jocelyn, I love you. I really appreciate your notes. Have to agree on the sugar in the crust and not 100% sure how to solve it. Maybe the solution is to use a combo of frosted flakes with unsweetened corn flakes or maybe some sugar-syrup pre-dissolved over heat? I bet that would fix it. I think for me, there were too many sugar granules in the crust and it felt sugar-crunchy in a way I don’t like? So I’ll just have to put my thinking cap on around that! (Crazy thought: corn crust made with Turtle Chips????) Warning to others: substituting cream cheese does not work because it’s impossible to blend in without it becoming little pebbles of cheese. But overall, I think this recipe is on to something really genius and I can’t wait to revisit it next summer &#060;3]]></description>
