A pizza peel is a tool for safely sliding a pizza into an oven. If you don’t own one, I’ve used a piece of parchment paper on a cutting board. You can make the pizza small and slide the parchment paper with pizza on it directly onto your oven rack. The key is to keep the toppings light.]]></description>
