What was your cook time and oven temp? Do you have an oven thermometer? These bars are gooey, chewy but you should be able to cut them and have them somewhat hold their shape. I’d say yours were underbaked by about 5 minutes (check to see if the edges pulled away from the pan). With this recipe, it’s also important to use a stand mixer for the right texture.]]></description>
