It keeps for 3-5 days in the fridge. If you freeze it, it can last 2 months. Just be sure to wrap well to avoid freezer burn.]]></description>

You are baking the meat inside of a pan that gets set inside of another pan. You add the water to the larger pan (so no water touches the meat). You can watch the video or look at the photos. Sometimes an instruction is hard to visualize until you see it. Hope this helps!]]></description>
