					<description><![CDATA[Turned out great and easy to make.  Definitely adding it to my &quot;favorites&quot; folder.  I added a sprinkle of cayenne pepper to the sauce before serving and it made it even better.  My my one issue was that the recipe never specified when to add the sour cream.  I added it after the cream cheese and permesean cheese were mixed in.  I moved the spinach and artichoke to one side of the skillet and whisked in the sour cream a tbsp at a time on low heat so it didn&#039;t curdle.  Worked well.  You could probably also add it after you take your skillet off of the burner.]]></description>
