This single Dad says holy moly easy peezy. Adult Spaghetti that my 9 yr old loved (not knowing about anchovies😜. I doubled peeled San Marzano using one can of &quot;Italian Style and one regular peeled whole tomatoes. I then doubled anchovy filet, well I used 5 bc 1 was smaller. Everything as described in recipe above. I used potato masher to break up tomatoes after 35 min of very low simmer. Continued very low simmer another 30 min. I used large Spaghetti noodles bc Bucatini is very difficult to find. I didn&#039;t add any Italian staying at all. The garlic, salt, pepper flakes( only a pinch a perfect for kiddo) and real Parmesan cheese I shredded B4 serving. More please!]]></description>
